I have need to storage a semmingly endless number of email and large photo and pdf attachments. I have no doubt my Outlook Express 6 storage will exceed several GB soon. Can I store these emails somewhere else outside of OE6 and still have immediate access. Since I upgraded to SP2, I get constant annoying COMPACT requests. How can I turn this off. Many thanks.

OE was really not meant to store this much e-mail. The OE mail store is quite fragile when it gets large. You could save the attachments manually in some sort of folder based organization system. You could also save the e-mails manually using 'save as'.
