I have two standard e-mail forms set up in Outlook 2000 which I send to my customers to confirm their orders, the form they get depends on the delivery date; is it possible to link the input form in Access 2000 to Outlook so that I can just hit a button to select the email form & have it added to my outbox in Outlook? I have figured out how to put a e-mail button in my Access form but it only seems to allow one e-mail address & not to send my standard forms. Ideally I want the customers e-mail address to be taken from the field I have created in my Access form for e-mail address & either the forms from Outlook or a new form from Access to be selected & put in my out box.
Any ideas gratefully received
I should point out that I'm very much a newbie user
