We currently use MS Outlook for our windows based user email. We have a call centre that has an email inbox for a central customer service address who then sends the emails to users to answer. The answers are also sent back to the central inbox as well as the customer so these can be referred back to if needed. The outlook solution for this inbox is proving to be a problem due to the ammount of mail that is being received each day. I assume there must be some commercially available solution that we could put on this machine to catalog and send/recieve the email and manage it better than we can with outlook. (Machine is CITRIX client so needs to be citrix compatible) If any of you out there know of something please let me know. (Within reason, cost is no object).
