Email Size Limits

If I want to stop (or regulate) all incoming or outgoing email via a particular size...how would I do this? Also, on the individual size limitations, would this overwrite a global level?

You can set size limits on outgoing and incoming mail, however if you set restrictions on send, send and recieve you will be at the desktops all day long. Try and set incoming mail size limit to 10 meg and just leave outgoing alone, it's the other persons problem. Individual size limits overide the global limits, always use the most restrictive rule. Also be sure to check you mailbox size limits, you still need space greater than the size of your store to perform maintenance. When the drives fill exchange mta shuts down the the rest go with it sometimes not to swell.
