Hello,
I am running Exchange 2003, with all my clients runnign outlook 2003, and occasionally using OWA. My Question is currently we are defining signatures at the outlook level, can I define these at the Exchange level, so each person can store it their vs. Local. The reason is two fold, I dont want people to hae to rebuild the signature if they gert a new laptop, secondly I want it to translate to OWA without creating one specifically in OWA?
Any Ideas.

Best solution I've seen yet. It supports many of the AD profile fields, and also can do different signatures and/or disclaimers depending on whether a message is internal or external.

Dear Pat,
Thanks that was the only idea I saw also.
Is it expensive?
