Email Set up Goldmine 5.5?

I'm currently set up in outlook to send and receive emails. When I attempted to use the same configuration with Goldmine 5.5, I get Authentication errors. I've heard others have had this problem too. Does anyone have a solution?

Is your server an EXCHANGE server? If so, it might not be set to allow POP3 and SMTP access (which GoldMine and most other e-mail clients use)

Otherwise, could you be more specific?
