It is limited to only host one domain and only 10 users.
If that will cover your need you might give that one a try.
It does not have support, unless you buy a support package. Although if you take into consideration it is somewhat of a popular program and you should be able to find a different method of support for the program....
Like here for example. Tek Tips already has a forum for IMail.
