I have just installed an exchange server in our company. Have set all the possible security settings, such as sender authentication, message filtering.

Just wondring is there a way to prevent exchange to send an email if that email was created by a script that sends out viruses.

How? Thanks!

Not really because most viruses will create their own smtp "server" on the infected machine. Make sure your mailserver is not Open Relay.
