EMAIL SCRIPT QUESTION

Hi:

I'm new to PHP and I am creating a webform to take user information. After the user confirms the information, and hits submit, I need a script that will email a client instructions that I provide, have them click a link back to the website that will confirm their email address. After they confirm their email address they will have access to log-in to the site.
