How can I create a copy rule ( so that it will send a copy of all emails sent to me to another email account ).
I see how to create a forwrd - but the forward is only as an attachment( so an email comes in but the orginal is an attachment ). I need it be a copy of the orginal email just like it was sent to that account ( doe sthat make sense )?
Thanks for the help ,

AFAIK, you can only do things with rules that you can do with your own account. Because you can't make an email in your inbox go to another account and appear to be from the original sender, you can't do it with rules, either.

The original sender would have to send the email to both addresses to accomplish what you are looking for.

Try "delegate"; it sounds like it does what you want.

If you're the system admin, or are friends with the sys-admin, you may have another option: Have them add "/flatfwd" to the GWIA config file (sys:/system/gwia.cfg) and restart the GWIA.

Next, when you create the "forward" rule, leave the subject and message fields BLANK. This should cause the original destination information to be stripped from the headers by the GWIA, allowing the message appear to come from the original sender, not the forwarder.

One caveat of this configuration is that it will affect every user who uses that GWIA.

Here's more info on the /flatfwd switch:
Hope that helps,
