Email Report via Outlook Express 1

Can anyone tell me how to send a report via Outlook Express with Access 97?

I have looked a lot of places but most code and procedures talk about Outlook which I don't use.

I am not sure, but you might be able to automate email the same way using outlook express that you would using outlook. What method were you thinking of using?

I can't find anything that specifically says you can't in a quick google search.

Thanks for your response. Shortly after I posted, I ran across a routine called "sendemail.mdb" by Mike Buraczewski and it seems to do what I need.

Thank you for posting what appears to be a very useful link. It looks to me like it could be helpful, and I am sure it will be to others as well.

Have a star, for posting the solution that you found independently. There are a lot of people in these forums who never even post back to let you know if a solution works or not, much less post a solution found outside of tek-tips. Hopefully your post will save someone from asking the same question in the future.
