I want to email a reports to specific people depending on the report. How do I set this up so when I fill out a form and click a button it will email a report (of the form) to already selected people. I would keep the addressee names and email addresses in a table related to the Form/Report name.

So...click button...get email with report attached and the "TO:" and "Subject" filled in.

Doable?

Thanks,

Create a Macro
Under Action > Choose SendObject

In the Action Arguments:

Object Type > Report

Object Name > your report

Output Format > choose a format the people you are sending to can open and view, such as Excel.

Then fill out the To, Cc with the email address of those you are sending to, be sure to fill in the Subject and Message Text.

When you run the macro you may get a system message say something like "someone is try to send an email ..." . This is a Microsoft security warning, just hit ok.

Fill out the To with your own email address and send it to yourself first to test it.
