Part 1.
User A sends a mail to User B, User B replies but the 'To:' field is populated with Domino Administrator and is directed to Domino Administrator's email account. After investigating, I found that all emails originating from User A had a field $AltPrincipal that was set to Domino Administrator but it was only User B who experienced the problem, any other user ID replying to emails from User A worked fine.
Sorted this out ages ago, I think by creating a new copy of User A's mailfile.
Many Months later...
Part 2.
User C sends User B an email, similar problem inasmuch as when user B replies, the 'To:' field is populated with my name and the reply comes to me. This time the $AtlPrincipal field in User C's mails is set to my name and again User B is the only user who this affects, all other users can reply perfectly.
I remember doing some admin on User C's mail account recently, probably using my ID, after a recertification problem. There may also have been some admin done on User A's mail account using Domino Administrator's ID some time ago.
Can anyone explain why, firstly, this is happening at all, secondly, why it is only effecting User B, and thirdly, what I can do to fix it?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
