I have a user with Outlook 2000/Exchange. WE originally setup offline folders for dial-up speed. She now has DSL and is connecting. The problem is, when she sends email her system shows the message in the Outbox even tho the message is long gone and she has received a reply. The only way that the message shows new status is when she clicks on a different folder. Is there some kind of setting that needs to be corrected?
