I need to know how can i setup the mailbox so that the manager can recieve all his emails in office and in his personal account (his house). i appreciate if someone could comeup with an easy solution.
Use a Custom Recipient (for his external mail address), and add this to the mailbox as an Alternate Recipient (make sure you tick the box that delivers a copy to both destinations).
But beware of mail loops when you do this - if the home email mailbox gets full and the ISP NDRs the content back to your Exchange server, you could end up with a mail loop that will kill your Exchange server's disk space/bandwidth seriously quickly.
