Email Reconcile wirelessly

Specifically, if you delete an email from you Inbox, then "Reconcile" wirelessly, does the email get deleted from your mailbox?

I think it does, right. I remember I was able to to it before we migrate my mailbox from the old exchange server to new exchange server, and now I can't do it anymore.

Can anyone please help?

In your inbox on teh device. Go to your "inbox" and then go into "options". If your running 4.0 software then go in the email reconciliation tab. Loo at teh "delete on" on option. Set it to handheld, or mailbox or both.
