Hi All
I wonder if someone has experienced this before. We have just gone across to using CRM 3.0 with Exchange and Outlook. We used to use distribution lists and are now using Queues instead.
I am having difficulty in troubleshooting why internal emails are only being sent to the queue owner and not the queue itself for all to see and pick up. For example I have a queue called finance (finance@mycompany.co.uk) and when I send an email external ie from my Yahoo account it gets delivered to the queue...no problem, but when I send an email from my company domain (internally) to the same address it only gets sent to the owner of the queue and doesnt make the queue!
You can see the system convert the group name to the queue owners name. Could anyone shed any light on this as I have spent hours trying to figure it out?
Kind Regards and Thanks in advance.
