Email Problems

I have recently install 9 Edge x5 fireboxes into our branch offices, with some Netgear routers and since they were installed most are having emails problems, they are simply using Outlook Express to send email out from the office, when sending mail they get an error message "the server has Unexpectedly terminated the connection error 0X800CCC0F". The mail actually goes out but also sits in the outbox so looks like it has not gone out.

setup as follows ADSL - Netgear DG834 and WG Edge X5, this has only happened since the edges were install and routers changed from DLink to Netgear.
 
Hi

Port 25 and 110 are open, they are however sending out directly to the isp and not the other branch offices.
 
check MTU setting for your router.make it higher
 
I have set the MTU settings to 1492 and even tried 1500 and this seems to make some difference but they still have the problem.
