Cant send an email from html web page. Keep getting 'Can t find SMTP server' message.
Any local browser Netscape 4.7 settings I need to adjust?

Are you trying to send an email without any server-side scripts? It won't work! You'll need a script to send emails from a website.

Look at
You can also use <form method="post" action="mailto:your@email.com?Subject=Send an email">

That last part sends an email through Outlook (or whatever your email-progam is). Not so nice in my opinion.

It has a server side script and it works on every workstation except one workstation it does not work from so I assume it is the local browser settings.

Then you'll need to check the path to the mailserver. Usually that path is: /usr/lib/sendmail
but for example on Hypermart.net it's: /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject

You can usually find this at FAQ's of your server....

Hope this helps, otherwise I do not exactly understand your problem
