We are running Exchange 2003 on a SBS 2003 machine. There are a couple of users who are recieving emails that have themeselves as the sender. They are of the junk mail type.
Does anyone have any idea how to stop this? I spoke with tech support who host our email and did all that they said..ie SPF record , SpamBlocker...
Each workstation on the network has Spybot and Spyware Blaster installed and up to date. The server is always kept up to date with Symantec and all Windows updates.

Symantec's new client SEP has Outlook integration to help you control your Spam issue. But if your exchange is hosted, They should have a spam filter in place to help with these issues. Get what you are paying for.

If you have correctly made an SPF record, have you turn on SPF detection?

Our Exchange is on our SBS 2003 machine but the email is hosted on ApolloHosting.
Do I turn on SPF detection on our Exchange or is it something on the email server?
