Email Problem

Hey All,

I work for a radio station and we're connected Internet through Qwest DSL.

We receive commercials via email as MP3 attachments to one of the mailboxes we set up on our Qwest account, and it works fine most of the time.

We have a problem with two accounts that send us spots; the problem is they don't arrive in our mailbox. They haven't had any problems sending them to other radio stations and if I have them sent to my personal Earthlink account from home they show up there with no problem.

We've talked to Qwest tech support and they that every thing checks out fine on their end.

Could there be some kind of incompatibility between ISP’s?

Hello DjavaMan,
One place to start is to have the two problem accounts email
you a text message to verify that the email address they have for you is correct. Also are the good attachments coming in as MP3's and are the problem ones being sent as Zip's or EXE's ??? Ask the 2 senders what format they are sending the MP3's as.
 
Thanks for the input maingeek, they are mp3 format and I'll have them send just a text email to the account
