Email prints as html code

A friend who is a People PC member says her email prints as HTML code. Apparently it's always done so. She normally uses their web mail but tried Outlook Express and got the same result.
Any ideas about what might cause this?

When you say she normally uses their web mail please can you expand on this. For example what web email, is this a version of Outlook online or another mail program. Is the mail reader she is using capable of handling any emails sent in html format? Is the email displayed ok on the screen ? When she prints is there an option to print the email as text instead of HTML. What happens if she is sent emails as plain text and RTF format (Word format), do the emails print ok ??
What printer are you using, and have you ensured the latest printer drivers have been used, or if not download maybe check with the printer manufacturer.
