Email printout only partially

Hi i am using lotus note 6.5 client. i am trying to print an Email which i sent to a big list of recipients. However, the printout from the printer only list some of the recipients, like about 10 and truncated the rest away. The CC: , subjects and the main message is normal undernealth the "To" Where is the settings to printout everything on the mail rather than some recipients only? Thanks a million in advance....

Hello,

From the Notes client, try File, Preferences, User Preferences, Basics, Expand Names Field when Printing (towards bottom of list). Check it and click OK. Close Notes, open and test. Hope this helps.
