I have an HP Color Laserjet 4500n printer. Whenever a person tried to print an email (from Outlook 2000), the left hand side of the email is cut off. The person was initially receiving HTML type emails, I converted his emails from HTML to Rich text, and the text emails printed correctly. It seems now, that some textual emails are still being received as HTML type documents. Has anyone encounters a similar problem?

Make sure you have the latest drivers from HP for the printer.
