I hope this is the right forum for my question. We would like to issue an email policy regarding document attachments so that each document is graded in accordance to it's sensitivity. For example, a tier1 document should never be sent via email, tier2 can be sent by email - but only by senior managers etc... I have found many email policies on the internet, but none that cover such attachments. Does anyone know of such a document?
