Email Pictures

When my daughter-in-law sends me an email with pictures in the email (not attachment) all I can see is a red outlined box with an X in the upper left hand corner. This happens to the emails she sends to everyone. We can see pictures sent in other emails, just not from her. What is the problem and how do we fix?

Assuming that she's using Outlook Express & sending HTML messages... in OE have her check Tools, Options, Send tab, Mail Sending Format HTML Settings button, Send pictures with messages checkbox.
