Email partially missing

Hi,I have this peculiar promblem with one of my user outlook express running on WinXP. The user complaint that some of her emails for the last three months just go miising in her inbox, it was there one day but the next its all gone. I have checked on the mail size and its around 800Mb only. The most unusual part of it is, only some mails were missing not the whole. If its a corrupted .dbx than it would be easier. I have ask the user if she could have accidently deleted it.But she did not delete anything.I have used some mail recovery and some other undelete software, but nothing came out.

Anyone could shed some light in this.

Have a look at the 'mail rules' and 'view' options. Perhaps something is being inadvertantly changed/run.
