email one sheet out of excel workbook

Is it possible to email just one sheet out of an excel workbook? If so, how?

Yes,it's possible but what you send appears as the body of the email - not as an interactive worksheet.

Click Email Icon> Send current sheet as message body

I'd be inclined to copy> Paste Special> Values into another workbook anyway and send that as a regular attachment.
