Email Notification Of Messages

Question- Is there anyway to have the system send out a email notification for range of extensions and tell what the message status is. for each

Also dose anyone know it you can get message status from a 4620 IP Phone connected to a S8710 release 3.0. Or is the red light it?

There is the built in email notification (Notify Me) when a message is left for a mailbox.I know Mutare makes an application called EVM for Modular Messaging that will send out email notifications with message attachments every time a message is left. I can't think of a "canned" application that does exactly what you want, but you could probably get an application developed to do that.

There is also the Visual Modular Messaging within the Phone Applications Suite for use with 4620 IP Phones. I have never used it, but it looks interesting. I thought someone on this forum was investigating the application.
