Email notification for voicemail

Hi guys,

Has anyone setup a email notification when extensions or group receives a voicemail?

We are using VMpro and I am wondering how to set this up.

@dsm600rr thanks. How about the SMTP receiver tab?

And also we need to enter the email to the user settings under voicemail?

rsv23: Just need to enter the SMTP Credentials under the Sender.

We usually create an email such as voicemail@domain.com

Enter in the recipients email address in IPO Manager and under the Voicemail Tab select the option you would like: Copy / Forward / Alert.

Same goes for Hunt Groups.

@dsm600rr thanks. After the change on the smtp side, the vmpro ask to restart the server. We are using Server Edition, do we need to restart the whole server edition or just the VMpro service?
