Email notification based on date

Hi Experts,

I was wondering if it was possible to automaticly email a report to individuals based on ticket date?

each record will have one individual to send the report to. each report will have ticket date and e-mail address.

I have a query result in a report with e-mail address field and ticket date. I am hoping that the repport can be sent to the e-mail address from the e-mail field on the specific ticket date.
