Email not getting through

O.K., here's a weird one. I have a network running Exchange. All users can send and receive email O.K. But I have one user who cannot receive any internet email from one person outside the network. They can send an email to anyone else in the network, except for this one person. There is no email filtering, etc. on the network and their not running any rules or spam/adult filtering under their Outlook 2000 client. Anyone else run into this weird problem?
 
try the user on a different PC, ie, go to a new one and enter their name in the Properties of the Exchange Server Service on the PC, found in the properties of Outlook.
See if he can send and recieve from there....
If not the problem lies on the Server itself... Jay~
