Email not delivering to one user

I recently had to rebuild the exchange database using the eseutil. Everything came back up running fine except one user can not receive email anymore.

- I can see his mailbox under the storage group/mailboxes.
- I can see messages going to him in the SMTP ques.
- He can retreive all his old emails till the time HDD crashed, we tested it by logging him onto a different computer.
- He can send emails fine.

I deleted his SMTP address in the exchange tab of user account area and recreated it.

I tried creating a new account and forwarding his emails but no use.

Is there a place in exchange where I can view the mail routing and see if his address has gone missing? as that seems to be the problem.
 
Do the messages appear when viewing the mailbox in OWA? If so, I'd exmerge the mailbox out, delete it, purge it, recreate it, and exmerge the data back in.
