I recently had to rebuild the exchange database using the eseutil. Everything came back up running fine except one user can not receive email anymore.
- I can see his mailbox under the storage group/mailboxes.
- I can see messages going to him in the SMTP ques.
- He can retreive all his old emails till the time HDD crashed, we tested it by logging him onto a different computer.
- He can send emails fine.
I deleted his SMTP address in the exchange tab of user account area and recreated it.
I tried creating a new account and forwarding his emails but no use.
Is there a place in exchange where I can view the mail routing and see if his address has gone missing? as that seems to be the problem.
