Email not delivered to Exchange 2013 mail box

Hi

I have configure Exchange server to receive emails from my public domain using a third part Pop3 connector (popCon). the connector delivers well the emails to exchange server, in in the exchange server emails are not deliverd to the respective mail box

the Get-MessageTrackingLog command shows these results bellow

Is POPCon running locally on the Exchange server itself, or on another system?
