I have a subscriber that received a strange message with a computer generated voice which sounds like the MM voice. When you do a subscriber activity he had v=2, which I know are 2 voice messages and an e=1.. That I know is email.. how does someone get that kind of a message?

we don't use the web client though.. or can you tell me where I can check that?
the user is getting a msg from himself somehow and in subscriber activity it's showing a e=1. The message header when listened says email message from .... and it's the MM voice and inside the body is a rambling off of digits.

Ok, we found this. The user, by design has email notification of vm, but also had the feature to allow the caller to prompt to have the person notified of the call, which was generating the normal vm and then an email notification within vm. life is good again.. tnx.
