WHen submitting a form thru email (outlook), we are always getting "***********************************" as part of the subject line.

I cannot find where these are coming from and I want to turn them off.

Do you mean a form you made with FrontPage through the browser? In the form properties dialog box, click the options button and you will be able to set the subject line of a FrontPage form, but the form must be uploaded and executed from a server with FrontPage server extensions. It has little to do with Outlook - other than you may use Outlook as your email client and the results would come through your Outlook.
