This really isn't the right forum for this question. And when you ask that, people are going to view you one way... As a spammer.
If you are a legitimate person who will respond to people's requests for being removed from lists, and not flooding the web with bs that nobody wants, then you might reword and restate your question in forum717 . You might have better luck.
Even if you are legitimate, realize some people are going to call you a spammer if you go down this road, be prepared to deal with the headaches that come with it.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
