Hello,
I have 1 end user out of 110 who sporadically has an issue with their email being marked as read. I've checked the log files, made sure there were no backdoors on my exchange server, discussed this with GFI and can't seem to find a resolution. She is accessing her email at work via the Outlook client, iPhone, work laptop or occassionaly OWA.
Any suggestions on where to look next?
