I have an email that is constantly sending out to the same person. This is journaled and in the journaled mailbox we see it constantly reappearing, is there a way to stop this?
Did moving the mailbox resolve this? You can also run a repair on the individual mailbox.
Alternately, it may be a corrupt transport queue. If so, then you could delete the transport queue database and allow it to be automatically recreated. This article (even though it's for a slightly different issue) details that process:
