Email links open homepage not link page

Hi,

Have scoured high and low on the net for the answer to this... happy for someone to make me look stupid and point out the easy answer...

I have a user who receives emails (Outlook 2007) with links to websites... when she clicks on the links they only ever open her IE7 homepage (in this case Google), they never open the link itself. Thought it was something to do with file association but have tried all to no avail.

Any suggestions would be appreciated... or even a fix
