Some time ago I sent an email with a document attached.

The email is old but I need to refer to the linked document and there is no longer a link in the email to the attached document.

It is possible that I have moved/deleted/archived the document but need the name so I can search for it.

Is there anyway to find out the document name?

On some emails I have the option to view in a browser but not this one.

Thanks

Neil

or right-click and select to view that mail in the browser where the original link path will be shown at the bottom of the message. :)

oops, missed that.

Yeah, it depends on whether or not an e-mail is HTML or not.

There's the off chance that there will be a record on the LINKS tab of the linked contact record if your e-mail options are such that links are created for every attachment...

If not, I guess you'll have to take a look at the RFC822 field directly for that record to figure it out.
