Email link to specific record in Access 2

Would there be a way to send someone a link in an email that would open up a specific form in an Access database and filter for a unique record key?

For instance, you have an issue #323432 that you want someone to look at so you would send them a link that would open up Access and direct them to that record?
 
One way to do this would be to first create a macro in the database. The macro opens the form with the appropriate filter.

Then create a batch file with the command line to open the database using the /x switch and calling the macro. For help with this:

Then attach the batch file to the email and just tell the user to double click the batch file.

One of the other gurus here might have a cleaner option...
