email link to Infoview folder

I want to add a link to an email so the user can click on and end up in a sub folder on infoview.

I tried this where clarity is our web address to infoview.

http://clarity\Public+Folders\Financial+Reports

The sub folder is "Financial Reports".

Does anybody know a syntax that will work?

I don't know that there's a way to do this from a link. You can use an "OpenDocument" url to get to a specific report, but I don't think there's anything similar to get the user to a folder.

The users could always set their default "Home" folder to this folder in BO and then they would automatically land there when they open InfoView (there's a way to set this default in code using the SDK...)

Thank you for the response. Actually, we use OpenDocument now, but it has a problem in that we need to code the Tomcat server name into the OpenDocument. If there was a way around this then the OpenDocument would be fine. The problem with hardcoding the server name is that we end up sending all the links through 1 server and it gets overloaded. We send out the link to about 800 managers once a month. The linked Webi Document opens ondemand so that it can apply the users login credentials as a filter to the report. I suppose we could break it out into 3 emails, one for each server but the users don't want to manage this. We thought if we could drop then right into a specific folder they could select View on the document and this would be easy to manage. We are looking for a low maintenace solution.
