Email language problem.

One of my remote U.K. users sends out e-mails, with attachments, all written in English. However, several U.K. recipients (but not all) end up getting both message and attachment written in Greek! The same message and attachment sent to me is all in perfect English.

She's using webmail - yahoo.co.uk and googlemail.com.

Any suggestions what to check before I make a trip out to check her computer? She's using Vista Home.

Just yesterday, I happened to notice a new option in the gmail settings about outgoing message encoding.
