My problem is emails are sent from Outlook, the emails go into the Sent folder. But they never get delivered to the recipient. This issue only effect 5 of the 12 people in my office. Please keep in mind this just happened all of a sudden one day, this network has been up for 5 years. Also I receive no error messages or bounce backs of any kind
Steps already taken:
1.Talk to Network Solutions (NS) (my hosting company), They are looking into this on their end with a window of 24-48 hour (really, that much time?, this sucks)
2.Repeatedly check all account settings in outlook
3.Check IP blacklist
4.Webmail works ok
5.Disabled Anti-Virus and Firewall on computer
6.Reboot router
7.Call ISP to make sure nothing is block (clear sailing)
8.Turned on Logging in Outlook and it seems as though the mail is sent to Network Solutions.
9.I purchased additional SMTP service from jangosmtp.com. Using this sever I am able to send out emails to 2 out of 3 test email box just fine. (2 emails not hosted by Network Solutions get delivered, but test emails sent to my Network Solution are not delivered) when sent through Jango’s SMTP server.
10.I have an intermitted problem receiving emails from NON-NS accounts to NS accounts
I really feel that I have exhausted all of my option on troubleshooting this problem. I believe it is an issue on Network Solution’s sever, accepting my mail but never forwarding it.
