Email in inbox causing PC crash

Hello all,

I hope this is a very simple question to answer.

I have a user running outlook 98 connected to Exchange 5.5. They have an email in their inbox that causes their NT4 PC to crash when they click on it. So they cannot even delete it. Is there a easy way to delete it or repair/remove it from their inbox?
