Email in HTML?

Hi CE9 and CE10

I have been asked to go into 'ePortfolio to set email ability to HTML' ???. I am not sure if this person simply meant the server on which ePortfolio is located, but did not want to say anything yet until I got a second opinion. Is there indeed such a setting as part of CE?

In order to enable graphically rich emails they would be referring to the application, not the SMTP server, I guess.

The only way, as far as I know, that you can achieve this in CE is to use an add on called "Distribution Server", owned by one of BOs partners, APOS Systems.
