I think it has something to do with the hightlighted area.. if I right click and save as... it tries to save it a a single frame bitmap and I cannot view properties of it. I also tried to save it as a webpage but then the image does not appear at all. Any Ideas how I can save this pic?

Bill

Hopefully this will provide some light on what the CID means in your spam mail:

I'm guessing the image itself was attached to the email and sent along with the email message. This says to me that if you were to view the email in "raw" format, you would be able to access the image. You could try forwarding the email to a web email address (open a hotmail account or something) and then right-clicking to save the image.

Jeff

Thanx... forwarded it to a Yahoo account and can now save it :)
