Email Header Will not Print on Forwarded Emails

I have Outlook 2003. The email header will not print out from the sent box when I print a forwarded message. All other emails are OK. The page starts printing from the text body.

Check your page/print setup options in Outlook. I have a user who "fixes" hers all the time, then I have to climb two flights of stairs to remedy her "fix." Makes for a good cardio as she does this several times weekly.
