I finally found an easy solution to emailing any GP document. Corefocus have created the Auto e-mailer, an easy to use add-on for emailing batches of Invoices, Check Remittance, Statements etc

All documents can be personalised or sent using a standard template.

We found we needed a solution that was compatible with prior versions of GP. GP2010 has the new email features, which look great, but we didn't want to re-write all of our documents in Word and needed a solution that worked with versions 8, 9 and 10.

I can't wait to get GP2010 installed but in the meantime this solution saves a great deal of time, effort and postage costs.
